Ticket Sales from The National Concerts to Benefit PCA

The National has partnered with Plus1 so that $1 from each ticket will benefit Partners for Climate Action Hudson Valley (PCA). “The National is one of the most important and compelling bands in the world, “says PCA Co-founder Matt Stinchcomb, “and this vote of confidence in our work, coupled with their generous support, is a huge boost to our efforts.”

With concerts scheduled throughout the US, Canada and Europe, The National’s shows will be seen by tens of thousands of people. “The band chose Partners for Climate Action because we believe their work is a model for bioregional climate action that can be replicated globally,” says National member Aaron Dessner. “We are pleased to be able to support them.”

The National’s tour began in May and will continue through the year. They’ll be in our bioregion on Friday, August 18th with a show at Madison Square Garden.
